It is with deep regret that we inform you that Vinogradov Leonid Nikolaevich died on January 22, 2021 at the age of 83 in Kostroma. He was a Honored Mahler of the Russian Federation, a member of the International Artistic Fund and a member of the Creative Alliance of Painters of Russia.
Leonid Nikolaevich was born in 1938 in village Shashki of the Kostroma region. Leonid Vinogradov studied in Kostroma art school of a name of Nikolay Shlejn with 1956 for 1961 at professor Alexey Belyh. He was the author of pictures-landscapes of Russia.
In his works he developed the traditions of the Union of Russian Painters (1903-1923 years) - the Russian landscape. Leonid Vinogradov's paintings are full of energy, dynamic and contain a lot of lighting effects. .
1970 - Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
1991 - The deserved artist of RSFSR.
Since 1968 the painter Leonid Vinogradov has actively taken part in various exhibitions. Exclusive exhibitions by Leonid Vinogradov took place in Kostroma (1975, 1978, 1988), in Yaroslavl (1989), in Tula (1990), in Moscow - in the International Art Fund (2010).
Pictures of artist Vinogradov Leonid Nikolaevich are in the State Russian Museum (St.-Petersburg), the State Tretyakov Gallery, Kostroma, Yaroslavl, Tula, Novosibirsk museums of the fine arts, in domestic private collections, in meetings of England, Germany, Spain, Japan, China, the USA.
